Jon Snow pt. 2

Finally done…not because it took me long, but because I didn’t get much sleep last night. I learned a couple new things while making my 7th character of Games of Thrones. 1) Don’t mix fur with uncooked clay and 2) Glue guns dry quickly. I was going to add a cloth coat to Jon Snow but it didn’t work out so well. I had to cook it in order for it to come out right. But since I want to wait until I’m finished with all of them to cook them, I decided not to use cloth but clay instead. Which actually came out much better than I thought. I don’t know when I’m going to stop making these characters and start on a different series, but they have been fun to make. You might wonder why I’m not cooking them–it’s because I want to take pictures of them later doing different things, rather than just standing still. Plus, I would like to go back and add some more detail later. I hope you like it!

This is where I left off, I added some texture to the arms.

Done! I need to also do Ghost…he seems so lonely.
